Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and use Royal Mail 1st class post. Therefore your order should arrive within 1-2 days from the time you receive your dispatch email. Please note, during busy times it may take several days to dispatch your order so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the time you place your order.

Please make sure you give an address which will be occupied during the day so that someone can sign for the delivery. We would suggest having your delivery sent to a work address if no one is home during the day.

Delivery is charged at £3.95 per order. We are only able to deliver to UK addresses.

Returns

Damaged or Faulty Goods:
Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made promptly through the contact form on our website. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card if we believe the goods are damaged or faulty. Return postage costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £6.50 if a receipt of postage is included. We recommend returning your goods by recorded delivery. We are unable to refund the cost of Special Delivery. 

Wrong Size:
If you have ordered the wrong size, or wish to return goods for any reason other than they are damaged or faulty, then please use the contact form on our website and we will get back to you with instructions on how to make the return. If you would like an exchange, please re-order the item you require online and we will give you a full refund (less postage) upon receipt of your return. If an exchange is not required, we will give you a full refund (less postage) upon receipt of your return.

Liability for postage costs back to us will be with the customer unless your goods are damaged, faulty or there was an error on our part.

Please note: Your return will be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. We are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 30 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and the manufacturer agrees to replace it.
